Some coffees clearly belong in our selection. La Suiza, from the Hulia growing region in Colombia, is one of those standout coffees. Every effort has been put into making this cup an experience to savour.

The beans undergo anaerobic fermentation: a technique whereas much oxygen as possible is removed during the fermentation process. This is achieved by placing the coffee cherries in GrainPro bags for around 50 hours. The cherry husk is then removed and the coffee placed back in the bags for a further 90 hours before being finally placed on raised beds, where they can dry until the beans reach their ideal moisture level. This unique process results in an equally unique cup packed with flavour and character.

The result is a thoroughly enjoyable coffee with something for everyone, and a great example of modern innovation in coffee processing.
